  • About Kaibab National Forest

With elevations ranging from 3000 ft. to over 10,400 ft., the Kaibab National Forest encompasses a diverse landscape, including spectacular views of the Grand Canyon, Marble Canyon, Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, and Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. The forest is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and has some of the Southwest's best hiking, biking and camping, and yet solitude is easily found in its expansive acreage. While most of Arizona is roasting in the summer sun, come up to the cool breezes at the Kaibab.
